Order Acceptance Policy
Your
receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not
signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute
confirmation of our offer to sell. Gatordealer.com reserves the right at
any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order
for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any
item. |

Credit Cards & PayPal
We
accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard, as well as Discover and American Express via our Paypal gateway.. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to
make purchases with Gatordealer.com. Please be sure to provide your exact
billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number
your credit card bank has on file for you). We will only ship to an
address that is on record with your credit provider. For PayPal
payments, we will only ship to a buyer's confirmed
address. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your
order.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
Gatordealer.com
accepts money orders in US Dollars only. We do not accept personal or
company checks... sorry. Please contact us via telephone to make payment in this manner.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Time
Most
orders will ship within 1-2 business days, unless truck freight, which can take 1-2 weeks, provided the product ordered
is in stock.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday,
or Holidays except by prior arrangement.
Most orders take 4-9 days
for delivery but we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive.
Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Gatordealer.com
or other parties only as an estimate. In most cases we cannot provide tracking on orders, due to the nature of the trucking industry.

Product Packaging
Our return/exchange policy requires that all items must be in their original packaging. For this reason we strongly advise that you keep all packaging for the full duration of your warranty period. Please also note that with the size of some of the items on our site, shipping can be expensive- so returning a product is a responsibility of the customer.
Out-of-Stock Products
You will always be given the option to remain on
back order. You may cancel your back order at any time prior to
shipping. Items on back order can take up to 4-8 weeks for delivery.

calling us or using our online contact form. |

Multiple Product Orders
For
a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all
products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are
unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become
available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for
products contained in a given shipment, plus shipping charges (if
applicable).

Taxes
Gatordealer.com does not
charge taxes (or handling fees!) on any US order EXCEPT in the State of Michigan This is a definate advantage.

Refunds
Products can be returned
for a refund within 30 days of purchase (minus a 25% re-stocking fee
and all shipping costs incurred by Gatordealer.com) only if they have not been installed, damaged, used or modified in any way. All refunds must
be accompanied by an RMA number issued by Gatordealer.com. All refunds
are subject to a full inspection before any refund is given.
Warranty
Warranty is based on the express warranty of any product by John Deere.
Damaged Items
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we carefully inspect and meticulously package all products
prior to shipping. If your product arrives damaged you must sign for
the shipment as 'received damaged'. The shipping company will then be
responsible for the damaged item. After signing for and receiving the
part, contact us and we will assist you with the damage claim and part
replacement process. Please have your order number ready.
